# Terms of Use for Chat2Search

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of:

- the Chat2Search website (the "Site"), and
- the Chat2Search product pages and related materials (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by Ethoa Ltd. ("Ethoa", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

## 1) Eligibility and acceptance

You represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

## 2) Service description

Ethoa provides Chat2Search product information through the Site.

Chat2Search is a Microsoft Edge extension described on the Site. It sends a selected or typed query to Yahoo Search (https://search.yahoo.com/search) in a new tab and does not change your default search engine. Chat2Search is not made by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Microsoft or Yahoo. Microsoft and Microsoft Edge are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Yahoo and Yahoo Search are trademarks of Yahoo Inc.

## 3) Permitted use

You may use the Services for lawful informational and business purposes. You agree not to:

- violate applicable laws or regulations,
- interfere with service security, availability, or integrity,
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts,
- copy, scrape, or republish content in a way that violates law or these Terms,
- misrepresent affiliation with Ethoa or Chat2Search.

## 4) Intellectual property

All content, branding, code, text, graphics, and materials provided through the Services are owned by Ethoa or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for limited personal or internal business review, no right or license is granted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

## 5) Third-party services and links

The Services may reference or link to third-party websites and services, including Yahoo Search. Ethoa does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

Your use of third-party services is governed by those third parties' terms and policies.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created legal risk, or harmed service operation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
